CAS 9th Meeting in Batumi
The 9th meeting of Compliance Audit Subcommittee of INTOSAI (International Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions) has commenced today in Batumi. The meeting will be dedicated to introduction of modern standards of compliance audit and further steps of their development and implementation.

A Training Course in Financial Audit Methodology at CCG
A training course in “Financial Audit Methodology” to be delivered by the representatives of the Deloitte, one of the biggest audit companies (the so called Big Four Firms), is going to commence on the 29th of August in the Chamber of Control of Georgia.

Management Round Table
A Round Table dedicated to the challenges and achievements of the Chamber of Control of Georgia supported by the International Organization SIGMA (Support for Improvement in Governance and Management) was organized in Courtyard by Tbilisi Marriott on the 29th of June. The meeting was attended by the representatives of CCG, SIGMA, State Audit office of Latvia as well as Polish and Swedish experts.

Internship Program for auditors in Kutaisi
The internship program for auditors in the Head office of the CCG in Kutaisi has been completed. 25 interns have taken part in the program and those who have successfully completed the course have been granted certificates by the First Deputy Chairman of the CCG, Mr. Shota Tarkhnishvili. The best of the auditor-interns will be offered placements in the Chamber of Control of Georgia.
